Geometry Honors

This accelerated course develops a deeper understanding of Euclidean and coordinate geometry. Students construct formal proofs, analyze complex figures, connect transformations to congruence and similarity, and solve challenging problems involving circles, polygons, solids, and trigonometry. Greater emphasis is placed on deductive reasoning, algebraic connections, multiple-solution strategies, and unfamiliar configurations that require creativity and precise justification.
